AIBELAI Standard Commercial License

This license applies to AIBELAI digital image collections unless a product page or separate written agreement states otherwise. By purchasing, downloading or using the files, the buyer accepts this license.

1. License grant

AIBELAI grants the buyer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and non-transferable license to use the purchased files for lawful personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms. The license covers the person or legal entity identified as the buyer and people working solely on that buyer’s behalf.

2. Permitted uses

Advertising, marketing campaigns, websites, social media and email communications.
Editorial layouts, presentations, publications, video, film and other finished media.
Packaging, promotional materials and branded content.
Finished work created for clients, provided that the original or editable source files are not transferred or made available for reuse.
Cropping, retouching, colour changes, text overlays, composites and other creative modifications.

Attribution is not required.

3. Prohibited uses

The buyer may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, lend, gift or sublicense the original files, whether individually or as part of a pack, library, template or download.
Upload the files to a stock platform, asset library, marketplace, file-sharing service or any system that allows third parties to extract or reuse them.
Use the files, or substantially similar derivatives, as a logo, trademark, service mark or other exclusive brand identifier.
Claim ownership of the original files, claim exclusivity, or represent that a digital character is a real person.
Use the files to train, fine-tune, evaluate or build an artificial-intelligence model, facial-recognition system, biometric system, dataset or competing digital-character product.
Use the files in unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive or misleading material, or in a way that falsely suggests endorsement by a real person or by AIBELAI.
Use a recognisable AIBELAI digital character in explicit sexual content, political campaigning, medical claims or other sensitive contexts without prior written permission.

4. Digital characters

Characters such as Naomi Bellini are fictional, AI-created digital characters. A purchase licenses the included images only; it does not transfer ownership of the character, grant exclusivity or prevent AIBELAI from licensing or using the character in other work.

5. Ownership and exclusivity

The files remain AIBELAI content to the extent permitted by applicable law. The buyer receives usage rights, not ownership of the source files or of any AIBELAI character or brand. Standard products are non-exclusive unless a separate written agreement expressly grants exclusivity.

6. Refunds and termination

If a purchase is refunded, the license ends and the buyer must stop using and delete the files. AIBELAI may terminate the license for a material breach that is not corrected after notice. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this license.
