This Privacy Policy explains how AIBELAI collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit aibelai.com, make a purchase, contact us or submit a Custom Creations enquiry. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and processes information needed to operate the store and checkout.

Information we collect

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number and billing details when provided.
  • Order and transaction information, including products viewed or purchased, order status and payment confirmation. Payment card details are handled by Shopify and the relevant payment provider.

  • Messages, project briefs and any reference files voluntarily submitted through our forms.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the store, provide checkout and customer support, process and deliver orders, manage licenses, respond to enquiries, assess and perform Custom Creations, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations and improve the website. Custom Creations forms and reference files

Reference files are optional. We use submitted files only to review the enquiry, communicate with you and, if agreed, perform the requested project. We do not sell, publish, license or use submitted reference files to train AI models without separate, explicit permission.

You must have the right to share every file you submit and must not upload unlawful material or unnecessary sensitive personal information. If an enquiry does not become a project, reference files are normally deleted within 90 days after the last relevant communication. If a project proceeds, files may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to perform the work, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed with Shopify, payment providers, hosting, security, analytics, communication, professional-advisory and other service providers that help operate the store, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.
